From Rio's Carnaval to Wellness in Thailand
Olá! I'm Felipe Muner, born and raised in the heart of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Growing up in the cidade maravilhosa (marvelous city), I lived and breathed everything that makes Rio special — from the rhythm of samba in the streets to the energy that builds up to Carnaval every year.
As a true Carioca (Rio local), I know Rio like no tourist guide ever could. I've danced in the blocos, partied with the samba schools, explored every hidden gem from Lapa's nightlife to Tijuca Forest's secrets. This isn't just my job — Rio is my DNA.
But life took me on an incredible journey beyond Brazil. Since 2018, I've been living across Southeast Asia, hitchhiking 40,000+ km — even crossing the most remote borders from Asia to Europe — immersing myself in the rich cultures of Thailand, Vietnam, and India. Through this journey, I discovered the ancient art of movement and wellness. In Vietnam, I lived 3+ years with Indian Masters and thousands of advanced, consistent students.
This transformative experience opened my eyes to how profoundly different societies shape our bodies and minds. Living between worlds — from Rio's vibrant street culture to Vietnam's ancient floor-sitting traditions — I witnessed firsthand how various ways of moving, breathing, and being create entirely different physical and mental states. These revelations completely reshaped my understanding of human potential and became the foundation of my approach to wellness.
